Alain Castoriano graduated from the prestigious Ecole National Supérieur des Arts Décoratifs in Paris with a specialization in Visual Communication.

In 1975 he started a career as an Art Director and Creative Director In the publishing, advertising and media industries in France.

For more than two decades he has been conceptualizing and designing brand identities, brochures, magazines, books and communication programs both in France and the United States.

Alain has received national and international prizes and awards for his excellence as an Art Director.

He started his career as a painter in 2000, with his first solo exhibition in 2005 in Paris. Since then he has dedicated most of his time to painting, catching the attention of a growing number of collectors.

He has lived in Miami since 2006.
